Meet my latest collection: Daffodil Daze

Meet my latest collection: Daffodil Daze

Plus a special announcement!

Daffodil Daze is done! 🥳

I went with a bit of a mini collection, 5 patterns in two colorways, and I really enjoyed working in this small collection format.

Daffodils are one of my favorite things to draw, and I've been sitting with them for a while now. Drawing them in my sketchbook, studying how the petals sit and the stems curve, then finding every different way I could structure them into a repeat.

Each pattern in the collection is its own thing — different layouts, different structures — but the same hand runs through all of them. Same line weight, same approach to motif, same instinct toward simplicity.

I’ve been really trying to hone my style as well, so I was being extra intentional with making all these designs feel like they were made by the same artist.

I also battled through ALL the color troubles. For someone that has always struggled with color, I absolutely love how these palettes turned out. It’s given me the confidence to stick to it with color and just work my way through all the challenges when I get stuck.

This collection is also available for purchase on wallpaper, fabric, and home decor.

Also, some BIG news.

It's been four years since I released my first art book, Show Her Work Vol. 1. I’ve had so many people ask me when they can finally add a volume 2 to their collection. I hear you!

I've been quietly working on Vol. 2, and it's coming at the end of the summer. More on that soon, but you’ll be seeing bits and pieces of it over the following months.

In the meantime, if you haven’t picked up volume 1, you can grab a copy below!
